  • No application fee
  • ​One-year lease
  • Security deposit (equal to one month's rent) and first month's rent due at lease signing
  • Good credit and rental histories are required for application approval. In case of insufficient or no credit history, a guarantor may be required.
  • No dogs or aquariums allowed. Other pets may be considered by landlord. There is a $25 fee per pet per month.
